If you would like to sign up for our 2010 CSA program by mail, please click below on the Membership Application form. It has the application, Shareholder agreement, and other detailed info in the document you will be opening. Please print out all pages and send in to us your application, Shareholder agreement, and $100 deposit to the address listed below by February 1, 2010.
